Assumptions and exclusions

Hours freed = monthly hours × your reduction assumption × 12. Capacity value = hours freed × loaded hourly cost. Net value adds costs you would retire, then deducts the subscription, new external fees and—in year one—onboarding and internal implementation time.

Year one means the first 12 months of use at the entered activity level. The model does not include a deployment ramp, tax effects or discounting. Retained system costs are excluded from both sides. Staff time has economic value, but becomes a cash saving only if spending is actually reduced.

Payback values recovered staff time as well as cash costs avoided. It is not a cash-only payback forecast. No avoided trading losses, compliance penalties, extra revenue or guaranteed productivity improvements are assumed.

Beyond the calculation

More control.
Not just fewer hours.

01 / VISIBILITY

Know what is available

Keep positions and certificate attributes together across schemes, trades and PPA commitments.

02 / EXCEPTIONS

See delivery gaps earlier

Bring matching and reconciliation into the workflow, with exceptions available for the team to review.

03 / CONTINUITY

Keep the evidence together

Shared records and audit trails help the next person follow the trade, delivery and supporting evidence.
